With age, everything goes bad. Our physical organs, all bodily functions, and our health. Skin, being the largest physical organ of the body and with very little protection from the environmental factors, is more likely to age early. Our lifestyles, habits of eating and drinking, and hereditary factors play quite an important role in carrying out the aging process. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and lack of regular exercise can cause premature skin aging. So, for a youthful you, avoid all these. Instead start eating healthy foods like the ones mentioned in this article that are known to delay the natural process of aging.

You would not believe it, but some foods would really work marvels to keep wrinkles off your skin, better than the beauty creams available in the market.
