You’ll have to place one dumbbell on the floor for the first exercise. And then, place your head high above your head and lounge forward toward the dumbbells. Touch the dumbbell with both hands push back from the heel and come right back up. Repeat this 24-30 times.
After you finish working with the legs, next thing that you need to work on is the upper body. What you’ll need is a band and a post. Attach a band to a post. Hold the band and bring your hand right up front. Bend your elbows at 10 degrees the whole time. Try to pull the band across your body and look straight forward. Your abs should be kept nice and tight. Switch to the other side and do the same. Check if the band is attached at shoulder height.
You will need two dumbbells for the next exercise. Hold one dumbbell on each hand. The dumbbells should be positioned above your shoulders. Keep your chest up and press right back over your head while sitting with your hips. Make sure the weight stays on the heels.
For the last exercise, go down in push up position. Put one leg out and one leg raised off the floor. Keep pushing your legs back and forth. Your shoulders should always be over your wrist, Also make sure to keep your elbows slightly bent and your back flat.
This workout will increase your heart rate. After you finish your workout for the day, it still keeps on going. It improves your metabolism and makes you burn calories all day long. There is no shortcut in loosing weight. With good diet program and exercise, you will really lose calories.
