Unfortunately, everyone gets wrinkles at some point in time. However, we do not always have the funds or time to have them surgically removed. We did some research and found some really cool tips to prevent and remove those bad boys!
- Drink Water
Wrinkles typically develop from loss of moisture. The best way to avoid wrinkles is to stay hydrated and drink about six to eight cups of water every day. However, if you are more active than usual, try to drink eight to ten cups of water.
- Eat Right
Eggs, beans, and legumes are full of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, trace minerals like selenium and copper, high-quality protein, retinol- one of the forms of vitamin A, iron, vitamin E and C. Those supplements play a key role in fight wrinkles. I would suggest eating one cup of either food items every day.
- Get Sleep
Along with drinking water and eating right, you have to get about 8 hours of sleep each day. While sleeping, your body produces human growth hormones which controls the growth of all body tissues including skin. When you don’t get enough sleep, your body releases cortisol which is a stress hormone responsible for slowing down the growth and even damaging tissues.
