Gray Hair

We are so excited to share with you what we have learned over the past few days. We have been doing research on preventing hair from graying. Guess what? We can prevent hair from graying! So put the dye down and read this article.

Gray hair can be caused by a few things.

  1. Lack of Vitamin B-12

A lack of Vitamin B-12 increases the likelihood of melanin pigmentation. Salmon, egg, cheese and beef are great Vitamin B-12 carriers. Eat up!

  1. Smoking, Drinking Alcohol and/or habituated caffeine

 Those habits only increase your chances of growing gray hair. We would advise to try cutting those habits out of your life and find more natural alternatives.

  1. Eat Right

Foods that are rich in copper, zinc, iron, omega-3 fatty acid, folic acid and natural herbs.  Not only do they prevent gray hair, but they also increase healthy hair growth. Some examples of those foods are oyster oil, blueberries, nuts, sunflower seeds, green leafy vegetables, and beef.
